REFUNDS: Our team is happy to provide refunds for any defective products or orders that don't arrive. Please contact us through the Contact Us if you'd like to request a refund. Please allow our support team 48-72 hours to get back to you.
CANCELLATIONS: After 24 hours, all sales are final. We don't provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Please make sure you want your items before you purchase them.
CUSTOMS ISSUES: Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on an order because it did not pass through customs or because a fee was levied by a local customs agency. However we will have a team in place, that will try to inform you as much as possible.
RETURNS: We allow returns on an order as long as a return request is communicated within 60 days of purchase. Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging, We can only accept returns on items that are still in new condition.
In case of wrong sizing you can print a label from your shipping carrier website by clicking the create return link. Your return will be processed in approximately 14 working days. This must also be communicated within the 60-day timeframe. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
